Two Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies

My crafting has come to a halt recently while we've moved house. Everything is currently in various boxes all over the place, but on the plus side I now have a craft space and a much bigger kitchen for baking projects!

These brownies are the only thing I've made recently, and they were so easy. Literally just the pack of brownie mix (family size, 520g) and the can of pumpkin. I was rather dubious about this combination and it took a while to bake but it really does work. I cooked these at 180C until a toothpick came out clean, about 35 minutes. They are extremely dense and chewy, but I think they must be healthier than traditional ones. Perfect for last minute emergency brownies.
