Christmas Shortbread

I'm very happy that I still have Christmas shaped cookie cutters in my life.



To make these cookies, prepare a basic dough recipe - mine is shortbread, you could also try chocolate or gingerbread. Dust a surface with flour and roll out to 3mm thick. Cut out the shapes and bake. Once cooled, prepare icing sugar and water to a runny consistency and drizzle over the cookies from a height.
