Chilli Rum

This is a lovely simple gift or something to keep to spice up your cocktails. You control the intensity of the flavour, so you can keep it to just a hint of chilli, or something with a real kick.

You will need:
Sealable bottle
White rum, enough to fill the bottle (vodka works well too)
6-7 red chillies

Set aside 1-2 chillies to put back in the bottle for decoration once the rum is made. Slit the rest of the chillies and put them into the bottle. Pour in the rum to cover the chillies. Leave to infuse - anywhere from 10 minutes to 1-2 hours depending on how strong you would like it. You may need to try some! Use some tweezers to take out the open chilles and put in the decorative chillies. Seal & label and this should last for months. May I recommend a chilli mojito....just don't drink this all at once :)
